- For cold therapy, place inside of the included freezer bag and place in a freezer for at least two hours.
- For heat therapy, place inside of a microwave and heat for 45 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds.
- To use, make sure the threaded end of the sleeve is positioned closest to your hand or foot.
- Do not get wet; if the sleeve gets wet, allow it to fully air dry before continuing use.

How to Use for Heat Therapy
Place the sleeve in a clean microwave and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.
How to Use for Cold Therapy
Place the sleeve inside of the included freezer bag. Leave in a freezer for at least two hours before use and wait a few minutes before applying. If the sleeve feels too cool for extended use, wait a few minutes before putting it on.

THe BodyMed® Hot & Cold Therapy Sleeve is available in Small (20 cm–26 cm), Medium (26 cm–33 cm), Large (33 cm–41 cm), and X-Large (41 cm–51 cm). The fabric is non-toxic and the sleeve is fully leakproof.
